Piave Vecchio

Often likened to Parmigiano-Reggiano, Piave is a deliciously nutty, pasteurized cow’s milk cheese from northern Italy. Aged for twelve months, Piave is wonderful as a table cheese, shaved over a salad of bitter greens, or enjoyed with an aperitif.
