2023 Grand Central Holiday Fair

Grand Central Terminal is preparing for another exciting holiday season with the return of New York City’s longest-running indoor Holiday Fair. Showcasing 36 – 40 local artisan vendors offering one-of-a-kind products across a variety of categories. The Grand Central Holiday Fair runs for six weeks from November 13 through December 24. Taking place in the stunning and climate-controlled Vanderbilt Hall, the Holiday Fair welcomes countless visitors for a truly curated shopping experience. With a focus on handmade and unique products, the Fair is a sought-after destination for all holiday shoppers.

Important Dates

Application Deadline: May 21 Application window for 2023 is now closed.
Acceptances Sent: June 30
Non-refundable Deposit Due ($12,500): August 18
Certification of Insurance ($431)* Due: October 14
Final Payment Due ($6,500): October 14
Fee for New Signage ($375)**: October 14
Vendor Load-In: November 11-12
Vendor Load-Out: December 26
