Grand Central Madison™
Grand Central Madison, newly opened in February, now brings LIRR train service into Grand Central. MTA is seeking operators to set up shop in one of twenty available Grand Central Madison retail kiosks/RMUs along Madison Concourse for a period of up to one year. The goal is to provide a high-quality retail amenity program for visitors while providing new opportunities for retailers to reach a new Grand Central audience.

RFP for the Bar/Cafe at Grand Central Madison
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) invites you to explore a unique retail opportunity in Grand Central Madison (“GCM”). The MTA is seeking a high-quality operator for a bar/café located in two retail spaces near the Long Island Rail Road (“LIRR”) Ticket and Customer Services area off of Madison Concourse. The bar/cafe at GCM is centrally located and lends itself to a strong buildout and presence, making it a prime opportunity for establishing a dynamic and versatile destination for a new ridership clientele. Specialty Leasing
Grand Central Terminal offers specialty leasing programs and is currently accepting applications for our Graybar Passage Kiosks. We provide custom made kiosks measuring 8’ x 4’ which can feature shelves or a center grid. The six kiosks are located in the highly trafficked Graybar Passage. We offer three-month terms. Limited availability.
Operating hours of the kiosks are:
- Monday–Friday, 8AM–8PM
- Saturday, 10AM–8PM
- Sundays are optional
